We have veneer that is bowed and not adhering to the cabinet frames. On Jan 29, the owner, Tom R***, came over to install 2 pullouts in a cabinet. When he arrived, we had post it notes on all the areas of concern (13 post it notes in total). Tom indicated he would have the installer, Kevin, come over and replace the chipped & cracked veneer & address the problem areas. On Feb 3, Kevin was over but did not replace any veneer. Kevin indicated he would talk with Tom because he hadn't seen these issues before. For a week, we heard nothing but then Tom came over on Feb 13. He indicated he would not replace the veneer. Tom told us the cracks were considered imperfections, not defects and not related click here to workmanship. He told us we were being too picky; the cabinet doors & drawers make the kitchen & that the doors & drawers cover up some of the problems.
